Welcome to Mifflin County Contractors, a service provided by V M Marketing, LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Mifflin County Contractors offers a platform for contractors to advertise their business and allows customers to find a local contractor that fits their needs. We ask contractors to provide their contractor number and insurance information prior to listing them in our directory, however, we cannot guarantee that contractors will continue to meet their obligations as required by law. It is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to decide whether or not to hire a contractor, and by using our service, the customer accepts this responsibility and releases Mifflin County Contractors and V M Marketing, LLC from any and all liability.

2. Eligibility

To use our advertising services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when using our services. You must ensure that you have permission to use the phone number(s) and any other information associated with your account. You agree not to misuse the service for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services require a subscription. Pricing and payment details will be provided during the sign-up process. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you use, as well as any additional charges as outlined in your subscription plan.

5. Privacy

We value your privacy and will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mifflin County Contractors and V M Marketing, LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of our services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to violating these Terms.



10. Governing Law
